New Benefits Advice Service in Hounslow

RICHMOND AID has been funded by Trust for London for a new Benefits Advice Service for disabled people in the borough of Hounslow. This service is 3 days a week. The new service is to support clients from age 18 to pensioners with form filling, making and preparing mandatory reconsiderations and appeals, applying for benefits, identifying benefit entitlement,  income maximisation and any other benefit queries. The service will also support carers of disabled people and help to prevent poverty

Once COVID allows, Rose Dent, Benefits Advisor is hoping to make a physical presence where possible. This could be at other charity locations (or other partner locations ) within the  Hounslow  area and offer a drop in service.

Our aim is to engage and work with partners and establish a referral pathway to Richmond AID. The preferred method is method at present is a referral form, however Rose Dent is happy to receive emails r.dent@richmondaid.org.uk
