Southall Wellbeing Way – Community Workshops
Thriving Communities Fund – Round Two Revenue Fund
Grants of £1,000-£25,000 are now available to voluntary sector groups delivering the key priorities of Hounslow Council’s new Corporate Plan – the details are given below:
- A Greener Hounslow
Supporting community food projects and the circular economy, widening access to food growing and sharing opportunities and increasing the use of our open spaces. - A Healthier Hounslow
Strengthening social connections through tailored community responses that will support vulnerable residents to access services, particularly through volunteer support schemes. - A Thriving Hounslow
Supporting NEET young people with training, volunteering and employment opportunities. - A Safer Hounslow
Keeping young people safe with projects which support girls at risk of sexual exploitation with interventions targeted at children and/or their parents. - A Liveable Hounslow
Building resilience for Hounslow Housing tenants through financial education, budgeting support and help with form filling.
Additional funding is available this round through the Borough Based Partnership Grant focusing on their priority health areas:       Â
- Dementia
- Diabetes
- Children and young peopleÂ’s mental health
- Falls
- Intermediate care
- Population Health Management

Lunchtime event –– discussions about health and wellbeing (Ealing Health and Wellbeing Strategy)
Come and take part in the Health and Wellbeing Strategy, this is an invitation to a lunchtime discussion event organised together with NHS colleagues and Ealing Council. A new plan for health and wellbeing services for the next 5 years is being organised. We would very much like to hear your views about health and wellbeing.

As part of creating this plan, we want to hear from across all communities in Ealing.  As or someone who lives or works in Ealing borough, this is a chance to influence how health and wellbeing services are planned and delivered over the next 5 years in Ealing borough.

Lunch will be provided as part of the event and discussions will be held with colleagues from Ealing Council in an informal setting.
