Grants of £1,000-£25,000 are now available to voluntary sector groups delivering the key priorities of Hounslow Council’s new Corporate Plan – the details are given below:

  • A Greener Hounslow
Supporting community food projects and the circular economy, widening access to food growing and sharing opportunities and increasing the use of our open spaces.
  • A Healthier Hounslow
Strengthening social connections through tailored community responses that will support vulnerable residents to access services, particularly through volunteer support schemes.
  • A Thriving Hounslow
Supporting NEET young people with training, volunteering and employment opportunities.
  • A Safer Hounslow
Keeping young people safe with projects which support girls at risk of sexual exploitation with interventions targeted at children and/or their parents.
  • A Liveable Hounslow
Building resilience for Hounslow Housing tenants through financial education, budgeting support and help with form filling.

Additional funding is available this round through the Borough Based Partnership Grant focusing on their priority health areas:

  • Dementia
  • Diabetes
  • Children and young people’s mental health
  • Falls
  • Intermediate care
  • Population Health Management

Please read the guidance documents for more information on the types of projects and activities that we are looking to fund.
