We have a range of players from 21 -55 years old and always looking for players each week. Please come and watch the game to see if you would be interested in playing. You just need trainers or astro turf trainers and enthusiasm and we play in any weather!

Have you been feeling stressed out, down or stuck in a rut?
Come and join a small group in North Acton who are using Art and Gardening to manage and recover from
mental health challenges.
Grow and Create is a free 8-week social and therapeutic programme, using art, gardening and cooking to
help young adults address issues such as stress, depression, anxiety and the effects of loneliness.
During this course, Camilla from MindFood will help you learn new skills and grow food for yourself and
others. You don’t have to have any previous experience – this is a supportive group, building practical
responses to life challenges.
During the 8-weeks you ‘ll be introduced
