Job Vacancies: Finance Officer & Administration and Data Analysis Assistant
We are recruiting for two roles to support our administration, data and finance functions.
Finance Officer 21 hours per week Salary Level NJC 26-28 £15,145-£16,084 including outer London allowance (£25,242-£26,808 full time equivalent) plus contributory pension
You will provide effective, efficient and timely financial administration support across all areas of accounts and financial processing and contribute to the administration of the charity. Highly numerate, with experience of working in a finance environment, you will be well organized and able to balance the competing priorities of a small, busy charity.
Administration and Data Analysis Assistant 21 hours per week Salary Level NJC 22-24 £13,503-£14,283 including outer London allowance (£22,505-£23,806 full time equivalent) plus contributory pension
This new role will give you the opportunity to shape and develop our new case and information management systems including Charity Log, analysing information across our services to ensure we make the biggest difference to children and families. An excellent administrator, with a passion for data you will support the administration of the family support services across the area.

Traineeships at Hounslow Council!
Hounslow Council is recruiting for 10 x traineeship places this month! This is a very exciting opportunity for 19-24 year olds interested in applying for a full time traineeship with us.
A traineeship is a course with work experience that gets you ready for a full time job or an apprenticeship.
All of our traineeships take place over 10 x weeks and will involve 3 days work experience and 2 days in the classroom every week. The classroom experience will enable you to complete employability and functional skills in Maths & English.
