Job Vacancies: Finance Officer & Administration and Data Analysis Assistant

Sep 13, 2017 | VCS

Home-Start provides vital support to families with children under 5 years.  Over the last year we have extended our work across Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow. Last year we helped make a difference to the lives of over 400 families and 700 children.
We are recruiting for two roles to support our administration, data and finance functions.
Finance Officer 21 hours per week Salary Level NJC 26-28 £15,145-£16,084 including outer London allowance (£25,242-£26,808 full time equivalent) plus contributory pension
You will provide effective, efficient and timely financial administration support across all areas of accounts and financial processing and contribute to the administration of the charity.  Highly numerate, with experience of working in a finance environment, you will be well organized and able to balance the competing priorities of a small, busy charity.
Administration and Data Analysis Assistant 21 hours per week Salary Level NJC 22-24  £13,503-£14,283 including outer London allowance (£22,505-£23,806 full time equivalent) plus contributory pension
This new role will give you the opportunity to shape and develop our new case and information management systems including Charity Log, analysing information across our services to ensure we make the biggest difference to children and families.  An excellent administrator, with a passion for data you will support the administration of the family support services across the area.
It’s an exciting time to join our hardworking, friendly team based in East Sheen and to contribute to developing our work.
