Social Prescribing Funding Questionnaire

The National Lottery Community Fund has funded The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) over the past two years to support the development of social prescribing from a VCSE perspective. This short questionnaire will add to the discussion on longer term funding of the VCSE to deliver programmes that are supportive of social prescribing.

• It only takes 5 minutes to fill in these questions (there are three main sections).
• The information you provide will be presented anonymously in a report which will be available in April 2020. All information will be held in compliance with GDPR.
• Please pass this survey link to any of your to colleagues or expert contacts in the field.

Please note: this is a neutral fact-finding exercise exploring people’s views as the new social prescribing environment continues to develop.  The information gathered will not necessarily lead to any direct actions or changes, but is being carried out by an independent group of researchers to support decision making in the near and medium term.
