Hounslow Playzone: Community Engagement Survey

Football Foundation Playzones (Multi Use Games Area) – Hounslow

There is currently a community engagement consultation for the Football Foundation Playzone Initiative in Hounslow.

This is your chance to help shape the development of new sports facilities across Hounslow.

Everyone who takes part in this survey will be entered into a prize draw and given the chance to win 1 of 5 signed Brentford FC Shirts. All young people who complete this survey will be entered in to an additional prize draw to win one of the following voucher – One4all or Amazon.

Families can complete this with each child and all adults individually.
