Hounslow digital GP access survey

NW London Integrated Care System and NW London Clinical Commissioning Group want to hear your experiences of using digital services to access your Hounslow GP practice.

The Hounslow borough Primary Care and Engagement teams have been working with the GP Consortium and some of our patient representatives to put together a digital GP access survey.
