Hounslow Carers Health & Wellbeing Event for Carers Week
Published on: 5 June 2018
Do you help a friend or family member who has a disability, illness, mental health problem, or who needs extra help as they grow older?
Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness and recognise carers.
This free drop-in event offers health checks, legal advice, laughter therapy, mind-body wellbeing techniques, a light lunch and information on how we can support you.
The theme this year is helping carers stay Healthy and Connected.
Hounslow Council and the NHS Hounslow Clinical Commissioning Group are delivering this event with support from West London Mental Health NHS Trust & Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust, to ensure we all help carers stay Healthy and Connected.
