Activities and Resources for Autistic and Learning Disabled Adults

Speak Out is continuing to deliver its services to autistic and learning disabled adults in Hounslow.
Autistic and learning disabled adults are encouraged to join the Speak Out Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/speakoutinhounslow
They also have activities and resources on their website to share, including resources for health and well-being soh.org.uk/update and for art activities and puzzles soh.org.uk/fun
From next week Speak Out Radio is going to be aired on a weekly basis and they are currently asking for music and message requests and previous shows can be listened to from this link soh.org.uk/radio
If you click on the links and scroll down you will see the resources. They will be adding to them on a regular basis.
In addition, Sarfraz Kherdin, their Campaigns and Advice coordinator, will open the Advice Shop for callers on Monday 4th May. He can be reached on 07873 360708 and

He can help with benefit applications, blue badges and Freedom passes etc or if required refer people to other organsations that should be able to offer assistance.
