Community information Guide

Hounslow Council have created a new online directory of all of the voluntary and charity groups in the Borough of Hounslow.
This new Community Information Guide provides the best way to promote your organisation and raise awareness of your services.
It is totally free to use and very simple to join.

• Please go to the Homepage of the Community Information Guide

• Click on “My Account/Register Here” at the top of the screen
• At the bottom of the page click on the word Register
• Add your details
• A new screen will then appear  – Dashboard – which will have a tab that says “Manage Your Directory Listings”
• Click on this and then click on the pink button “Create a new Directory Record”
• Follow the instructions and fill in as much information as you can about your organisation
• When you have finished click on “Save Record”
• We will aim to authorise your entry within 24 hours
• Your organisation will then appear in the Community Information Guide
