Sunshine of Hounslow Activities

Sunshine of Hounslow under Big Local and London Support. 
Sunshine of Hounslow is a local community group serving residents living in the London Borough of Hounslow. Our group was formed in 2012 by a few residents who wanted to support isolated men and women in the community through health and wellbeing activities and advice. They have a range of classes, see below;

• Monday Morning Yoga10-11am £2-50 per session @ 106 Brabazone community centre Heston Middlesex TW 5- 9LT
• Monday ,Tuesday, Friday yoga 5-6 pm £2-50 per session @ Cranford collage Heston TW5 9PD
• Thursday 9-45 10-45 am £2 per session Yoga classes @Cranford library Bath
  Road Hounslow TW5-9TL
• Thursdays 11-30 till 12-30pm @ 142 Martindale Road Free Gurudwara TW4 7HQ
• ThursdayÂ’s 2-4 pm Swim Club @ Heston Swim pool, Allotment Project Free
• Friday 9-30 Till 10-30 am @The Hub 103 Salisbury Road Hounslow TW4-7NW
• Grow green 11-30 till 1-30pm @ Way Avenue Cranford TW5-9SJ
