Reducing Isolation with a Stroll, Chat and Coffee in a Local Park
Published on: 4 April 2017
Do you know someone who would benefit from a stroll in the park, a chat and a cuppa? Let’s Go Outside and Learn CIC is developing a project to encourage local people at risk of isolation to participate in free activities in four parks in Hounslow. The project will raise awareness of the health benefits of being outdoors, encourage friendship and highlight other opportunities available. To see the full stroll, chat and cuppa programme click here
They are also recruiting volunteer “Nature Buddies” to support the project and participants.
Further information can be found on their website including the programme of activities. www.lgoal.org
