Join us for an engaging and informative session that will empower your organisation’s property strategies.

In this informative, accessible webinar run by EPF’s experienced solicitors and surveyors, they will cover the basics of how to read a lease so that you understand what you are signing, how it affects your organisation and how to manage your relationship with your landlord.
The webinar will help you:
- Understand what a lease is, what it isn’t and why it matters.
- Work your way through a lease calmly, understanding with confidence the common words and phrases used.
- Understand what a lease legally obliges your organisation to deliver and what your landlord is responsible for.
- Evaluate the reasonable and unreasonable elements in a draft lease and how to negotiate to your advantage. Â Â Â
Participants will receive an information pack with the opportunity to obtain free follow-up expert advice.
