Our Barn Community- Our Futures- IS BACK

It brings us great pleasure to let you know that the Our Barn Community – Our Futures programme is back. It is for 18–35-year-old young people who are Not in Employment, Education or Employment. The new programme is being relaunched in February. It is primed and ready for referrals.
This programme is fully funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and is free for the young people on the programme.
The 15-week programme will be based in Qwest, Brentford and the wider community.Â

The Our Futures Programme aims to re-engage young people, helping them to focus and think about their futures. It helps to build self-esteem, confidence and motivation by working as a team and with their local community. It’s all about getting young people out and about, facing challenges, learning new skills and realising their potential.
We will focus on personal development which includes
Setting goals and creating a plan
Volunteering & Training
Job/Volunteering search
Healthy &Â Well-being
We will have two intakes per year in February & September.
Please let us know if you know a young adult who could benefit from a free personal development programme.
