Hounslow Thriving Communities Revenue Fund Now Open

These grants provide funding from £1,000 up to £25,000 to constituted not-for-profitgroups and organisations for projects or activities where there is no lasting asset

In this round we are focusing on projects in these areas:
- Young People and Families
Activities for children, projects that support young people at risk and support services for the wider family. - Bringing People Together
Volunteer buddy schemes and projects that can help to increase skills and confidence in using computers and ICT technology - Supporting Carers
Information, advice and signposting to services and support for carers. - Supporting LGBT+ communities
Projects and activities that help to create or develop support services and networks for Hounslow’s LGBT+ residents - Hounslow Housing Tenants
Community activities which take place on estates in the borough or services which are accessible to Housing Tenants – addressing some of these main priority areas.
