The Safer Ealing Partnership want to make the borough of Ealing safer for women and girls.15th February or 28th February 2022.
Following the recent tragic deaths of four women who were murdered in public spaces across London, the partnership has launched a listening exercise that aims to gain an understanding of the experiences and perceptions of safety for women and girls.
All women and girls who live, work and travel in and around Ealing are welcome to share their experiences.
These focus groups will expand on the questions discussed in the online survey. They will give a forum to women to tell us what they want us to know about safety in the borough. Sessions will be in small groups, with a facilitator present to support with the discussion.
Sessions will be held via Teams, it is quick and easy to download or can be accessed via an internet browser. Participants are welcome to keep their camera off in the session if they would feel more comfortable doing so.
For those that sign up, further details will be provided to ensure that it is a safe environment for all those attending to have their views heard. Spaces are limited. We will try to add more dates to accommodate as many participants as possible but would encourage you to sign up early.
Thank you for sharing your views and experiences so far. We hope that you will be able to join one of our focus groups so we can better understand the many responses that we have received to date and better respond to women’s concerns. We look forward to seeing you at the sessions.
Please note:
Audio of the sessions will be recorded only for the purposes of capturing views, these will be kept confidential and any views shared will be kept anonymous.
Participants must be female and live, work or travel in Ealing.
Please enrol if you are interested, there are two dates 15th February or 28th February 2022.
