Thriving Communities Revenue Fund: Second Round Deadline 9am 1 November

These grants provide funding from £1,000 up to £25,000 to constituted not-for-profit organisations for projects or activities that help to deliver the key outcomes of the Thriving Communities Strategy
The Revenue Fund provides grants to support the delivery of a community project, service or activity where there is no lasting asset.
For the second round of this fund (which is currently open until 9am 1 November) Hounslow Council are encouraging applications that focus on these areas:
- Supporting young people aged between 13 – 21
- Improving health and wellbeing
- Supporting carers
- Support for Hounslow Housing tenants
They are also very pleased to be working in partnership with the Hounslow Integrated Care Partnership who have provided £50,000 of extra funding to support projects that will help to improve:
- Public health and early intervention
- Problems with mental health
- Health problems of people who are frail and vulnerable
