Ealing and Housing CVS is delivering a new campaigning project to ensure the voice of BAME and vulnerable groups is heard in relation to housing issues. Below is a link to a very short survey that enables you to record some answers using video. This way itÂ’s easier for you to give more in-depth answers and provide us with more insight. In these times of limited social contact – itÂ’s great to see you too! So if you are an organisation in Ealing or Hounslow that supports people in anyway with housing issues, please do click on the link below to tell us more and we can support you with your activity. If you donÂ’t want to use video, you can just record your voice to answer too. ItÂ’s really easy and much more interesting that a normal survey. Click here to take part in the short survey. To find out more about the project, visit the housing campaigning page or email toby@ehcvs.org.uk

Reimagining Help Guide
Nesta has produced an evidenced-based approach to helping people reach their goals. Nesta, Macmillan Cancer Support, the British Heart Foundation and the UCL Centre for Behaviour Change have worked together to develop a universal model of ‘Good Help’ underpinned by behavioural evidence, which can be understood and accessed by everyone. We analysed and simplified behaviour change research and practice, and worked with a group of 30 practitioners and people with lived experience to iterate and cross-check the behavioural evidence against real life experiences. Dartington Service Design Lab helped to structure and format the evidence in a way that makes it easy for everyone to understand.

Have your say on the future of town centres and high streets
Hounslow Council is inviting local communities to have their say on the future of the boroughÂ’s four main town centres: Brentford, Chiswick, Feltham, and Hounslow.
The pandemic has changed our local economy, including how residents shop at many of our retailers, restaurants, and other small businesses. The Council understands the challenges facing local business owners and are inviting you to help shape the future of town centres and high streets.
We have launched a new survey to understand the needs and ambitions of the local community for their town centres. The survey includes an interactive map offering a number of options for providing input, including the ability to click on specific areas of the town centre and provide detailed comments about the area.
We will be holding virtual workshops exploring the community vision for each of the town centres. If you would like to be involved and share you views as a business, please agree to be contacted by the team when submitting your survey response.
Read more about the survey here.
