Hounslow Voluntary Sector Support Service invites voluntary, community and social enterprise sector organisations in Hounslow to a workshop run by the Big Lottery Fund to enable you to explore whether there might be potential for your organisation to develop a Big Lottery funded project.
The workshop is interactive and aims to inspire you to develop your own project and understanding what BLF is looking for in a project. The workshop will cover the following areas:
1. Raising awareness of the Big Lottery Fund – funding programmes
2. Help you to write a better application
3. Understand the common mistakes applicants make
4. An opportunity to discuss challenges and ask questions directly to Big Lottery Fund staff.

Hounslow Council Funders Fair: 26 February 2019
Hounslow Council are holding their annual Funders Fair on Tuesday 26th February 2019.
This is completely free of charge and will provide you with an opportunity to attend this major networking event, promote the work of your organisation and provide information about the services that you provide.
This annual event brings together the voluntary and community groups in Hounslow with key funders to the sector and provides a forum to review the health of the sector in Hounslow and bring everyone up to date on new funding opportunities.
There will also be opportunities for VCSE organisations to network with each other, with local infrastructure organisations that provide support to the sector and with some of the most important funders in the country to get their expert advice on how to apply for funding for their organisation.
The venue is the  Civic Centre, Lampton Road, TW3 4DN (9.00am – 2.00pm)
