Work Experience PLUS! – Opportunities for NEET Young People

Young people living in Ealing and Hounslow aged 18–25 who are currently not in education, employment or training (NEET) are being invited to take the first step towards a rewarding career in social care through a free four-week training and work experience programme.
Delivered in partnership with the NHS West and North London and the North West London Health & Social Care Skills Academy, the programme offers participants the opportunity to gain valuable qualifications, practical experience and insight into careers in the care sector.
What the programme offers
Participants will benefit from:
- A free Level 3 Diploma
- Care Certificate training
- Free Level 2 qualifications
- Accredited training
- Supported work experience placements within local social care services
The programme is designed to help young people build confidence, develop employability skills and gain real-world experience in a growing and meaningful sector.
Drop-in information session
Anyone interested in learning more about the programme is encouraged to attend a drop-in information session where they can ask questions and find out what to expect.

Who can apply?
The programme is open to:
- Young people aged 18–25
- Individuals who are currently NEET (not in education, employment or training)
- Those able to commit fully to the four-week programme
