Empower our volunteers to be the best that they can be

Build on our strong volunteer base and create a brighter future for families in Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow in this flexible, part-time community-based role with training opportunities.

You will be the first point of contact for volunteers and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.  You will be committed to developing a volunteer pool that reflects the diversity of communities across our three boroughs and be able to engage, enthuse and retain volunteers with the skills and motivation essential to fulfilling our mission. Tech literate or willing to learn, you’ll be able to think strategically, implement plans and measure and evaluate volunteer impact.

You will take the lead in nurturing and celebrating our volunteers, working alongside an experienced team of operations, data and marketing specialists as well as family support coordinators, supported by the CEO and Board of Trustees.

In joining our friendly and highly motivated team, you will benefit from 23 days of annual leave, the option of employer-matched pension contributions up to 8% of salary and a flexible, hybrid working structure co-developed by our team.

CEO, Cristiana Camisotti, can be contacted at if you would like to discuss the role, including returning after a career break or changing sectors.
