Together Hounslow is an exciting new integration project offering wellbeing activities and therapy to Refugees, Non-EU migrants and BAME participants in Hounslow.
‘Rise and Shine’ is our free weekly online session (every Tuesday at 2 – 3:30) and will include:
- A sensitive focus on mental health and wellbeing
- Discussing nature and wildlife, seasonal food, storytelling, sleep, culture, museums, and exercise
- Getting creative and meet new people
In addition, we’ve partnered with EACH Counselling & Support to offer free one-to-one holistic and culturally-sensitive therapy for minority communities.
