The Borough Frontline: Connecting and Empowering Ealing’s Frontline Workers

Do you work on the frontline supporting residents in Ealing?
Join The Borough Frontline, a new collaborative network led by EHCVS and Ealing Council, designed to connect, support, and empower those working directly with residents in Ealing.
The purpose of The Borough Frontline is to come together to break down barriers between statutory services and community & faith organisations so that we can all better understand the needs of communities and how to help them.
Any employee working in a frontline role in any organisation in Ealing is welcome to join.
By becoming a member, you will:
· Collaborate with others to tackle common challenges and find practical solutions.
· Gain access to key resources, updates, and vital information.
· Help bridge the gap between statutory services, community groups, and faith organisations to better understand and meet the needs of residents.
What to expect:
· Quarterly one-hour online meetings, each focused on a key theme.
· Opportunities to share experiences, insights, and best practices.
· A stronger, more connected frontline workforce.
First meeting: Members of The Borough Frontline will receive an invitation to the online meeting scheduled for Friday, 4th April (11am-12noon.) The theme for this meeting will be, ‘Support available for older adults.’
