The nature of fundraising and the climate in which we fundraise has developed radically over the last few years. In order for an organisation to successfully generate income in today’s competitive environment, it is important to have a good understanding of fundraising. This session will refresh your knowledge using a ten top tips format and what key features are necessary to improve funding applications.

What is it about?

From funders to finance the session will succinctly journey through the ten fundraising stages to help you refresh your knowledge so that you submit that application you have been putting off.

Who’s it for?

Women’s organisations and groups, project officers, assistants, key workers and managers looking to refresh fundraising knowledge.

Duration and style

Duration: 2 hours,

Style: interactive webinar

Webinar etiquette:

Participants will arrive via the waiting room
Gallery style webinar with audio and live visual or still photo
Event is being recorded so anonymise your profile if you don’t want to be seen at the event
After a brief introduction, participants will be invited to introduce themselves in one sentence
Participants will be asked to mute when not speaking or presenting
Ask questions at scheduled points and/or use the Chat facility
Towards the end the faciliatator will ask women by name to unmute to make points or offer additional ideas/learning.
This course is funded for women’s organisations and projects in London.
