Resources and Best Practice For Organisations
Investing in Volunteers
Investing in Volunteers (IiV) is the UK quality standard for good practice in volunteer management.
Investing in Volunteers will guide you through benchmarking the quality of your volunteer management and involvement, and ensure you prove and improve the effectiveness of your work with volunteers and enhance your organisation’s reputation. To find out more, click here
NCVO has released an Investing in Volunteers diagnostic tool to take your organisation through.
They created this tool to help your organisation or group to think about best practice in relation to how you involve volunteers. The tool will help you to think about whether you have the best ways of involving volunteers in place, and the areas where you might improve or develop. You can access this here.
