Rescue & Advice Hub

Mar 1, 2023

The Help Through Crisis Advice & Rescue Hub based at West Ealing Community Managed Library is the Borough’s first one stop support service for residents likely to endure a short-term crisis. At the Hub we offer a range of specialist tailored support services through our partnerships with local organisations and Ealing Council, working closely with:

How to access the Rescue & Advice Hub?

If you are an organisation currently supporting a resident who needs additional support to overcome crisis or preventative intervention, please complete a referral form by clicking here. Please note, unfortunately residents cannot self-refer into the Hub.

Please note that this is not crisis management support. The service is designed to educate and upskill those who have fallen into short-term crisis with the necessary support to help themselves out of crisis and prevent future crisis.

Once referred to the Hub, clients can receive a total of six support sessions in one or more of the specialist support areas listed below:

What support is available?

  • Support for domestic violence and abuse
  • Digital Skills and Well-being
  • Support for Gaining Employment
  • Adult Education
  • Debt Support
  • Financial Skills and Education
  • Employment and Family Advice
  • European Settlement Service and Advice
  • Digital Access
  • Food bank Vouchers
