Digital Capacity Building

In 2022, Digital Capacity Building focused on helping local organisations in Hounslow strengthen their digital confidence, systems and delivery. It responded to a period when digital capability had become essential not only for communication, but for service continuity and wider organisational resilience. EHCVS used the project to help local groups adapt to changing conditions and better support vulnerable residents in a more digitally mediated environment.

Although more lightly described than some other projects, its contribution sat within EHCVS’s wider commitment to digital inclusion and sector resilience.

Impact:

• Included digital training and support linked to Digital Champions.
• Strengthened post-pandemic digital adaptation across the sector.
