Black Health Inequalities

In 2024, the Black Health Inequalities project focused on building stronger, more trusted and more community-led responses to health inequality in Ealing. It worked to understand where need was concentrated, strengthen local communication and create more grounded pathways for engagement between communities and health systems.
By mapping communities, developing communications and establishing local networks, the project laid important foundations for more equitable health engagement.
Impact:
- Mapped BAME communities in areas of significant health deprivation.
- Established a network intended to engage 200 groups.
