Nucleus Legal Advice Centre – new debt service

Nucleus is launching a new debt service (and team). The service will target local residents but is open to all.

The service will take on all kinds of debt cases, including complex debts: it has accreditation to take cases to Debt relief Order and bankruptcies. Naturally, Nucleus wishes to target and assist smaller debt queries as early as possible before they become unmanageable and lead to long term damage.

Residents can be referred or can self-refer in the following ways.

The debt service will also operate within community advice settings and is currently reviewing the most appropriate and effective venues.
