Mulberry Centre Two Free Webinars

Dec 2, 2020 | Uncategorized

The Mulberry Centre is pleased to announce two free webinars, with a third to take place on a date to be confirmed.

The first is for those who are already unemployed and is to be held on Tuesday Dec 8th and a second on Thursday Dec 10th for carers and advice on pensions. Both sessions start at 2 pm.

A third webinar is already planned. This session will be aimed at those still employed or self-employed, including those currently furloughed or at risk of redundancy.

The Mulberry Centre has also recently introduced a befriending service to people 65 and over. This service will pair up our volunteer befrienders with vulnerable people at risk of isolation and provide them with up to six weekly “check-in” calls.

It has been a tough time this year with long periods of lockdown for everyone and many people remain isolated from their friends and family. We, at the Mulberry Centre, are aware of the effect this can have on people and are offering this support to all our users who qualify.

Call 07759 946 600, 07376 658 623, or 07592 873 235 or email talk@themulberrycentre.co.uk for more information.
