Yes Futures, the UK’s leader in youth coaching, is looking for accomplished senior leaders to help drive our national growth strategy starting in 2026. We are looking for individuals who can offer strategic insight and support in fields such as marketing, fundraising, digital strategy, or education.

As a Trustee, you won’t just oversee compliance; you will play a hands-on role in developing our next strategy cycle and ensuring we continue to transform the lives of young people through coaching and real-world experiences. We strongly encourage applications from individuals whose lived experiences resonate with the challenges the young people we serve face.

Key Details:

Time Commitment: Approx. 1 day per month.
Term: Initial 3-year term (unremunerated; expenses covered).
