Home-Start Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow

PT 4 days a week / 28 hours

Salary: NJC scale 27 FTE £33,820 (including LW) Pro rata £28,697

A unique opportunity to build a brighter future for children and families in Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow, you will lead, nurture and inspire an experienced team of 7 delivering peer-to-peer support and playgroups weekly to over 300 families a year.

You will bring your experience of managing varied stakeholders and projects and in working in family services, education, social care or a similar setting delivering services to vulnerable children and adults.

People and tech savvy, youÂ’ll be able to think strategically, implement plans, measure and evaluate performance. As designated safeguarding lead, you will guide and support exemplary practice across the organisation.

Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on families right across our communities, reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Trustees and working alongside a firecracker team of operations, data and marketing specialists as well as coordinators with a wealth of experience and expertise.

Home-Start Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow is a vibrant family charity, essential to the wellbeing of our communities. We provide vital support to families during the important and challenging early years of raising a child. Through one-to-one partnerships, our volunteers help families respond and adapt to their experience of parenthood, and our family play and support groups build connections, friendships and skills.
