C-Change West London (a legacy of Heston West Big Local) is recruiting two Project Managers to lead impactful youth and community projects across Hounslow and Hillingdon.

This is a hands-on, grassroots role for someone who wants to make a real difference — working directly with young people and residents to build confidence, skills, and new opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Passionate about youth empowerment and tackling inequality
• Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and creative
• A strong people-person who can build trust, partnerships, and inspire others

Location: Hounslow / Hillingdon
Role: Full-time | £35,000 | 3-year fixed term
Includes weekends and occasional evenings
