RM Partners – HPV Vaccine Community Grant (Faith Groups
and Young People)

Overview
RM Partners NHS Cancer Alliance for north-west and south-west London is offering up
to £500 to local community and voluntary groups to deliver a one-off session focusing
on the HPV Vaccine. We are specifically looking for applications from organisations that
work with either:
• faith based communities or
• young people aged 11-19

You will be supported to share key messaging about the HPV vaccine, to answer
frequently asked questions about the vaccine, and given guidance on how to structure
conversations with your communities. All events, activities and messaging must meet
our criteria to support local communities to stay healthy and well.

All sessions must be delivered in a community setting between 1st May – 31st May 2026.

Training and support
RM Partners will run a 1-hour clinical webinar in advance of the campaign period.
The webinar will provide you with the key messages for sharing with your communities,
local signposting information, and information around how to conduct your session.
The webinar will be led by our GP Clinical Leads and/or other healthcare professionals.
Each webinar will cover key information including:
• Key data in terms of the HPV vaccine and current vaccination rates across
north west and south west London
• The benefits of the HPV vaccine
• Eligibility and criteria for the HPV vaccine
• Frequently Asked Questions about the HPV vaccine
• Practical information regarding school vaccination clinics and parental
consent
A Community Toolkit will also be provided following the webinar, these will be tailored to
the community you are working with.

Requirements
At least 1 person from your organisation must attend the relevant clinical webinar held
by RM Partners Cancer Alliance.
There will be two separate clinical webinars:

• The HPV Vaccine & Faith: Wednesday 15th April, 10:30-11:30
• The HPV Vaccine & Young People: Wednesday 29th April, 10:30-11:30

Your organisation must attend the relevant webinar to secure the funding for this
