Women’s Recreational Football is a key area of growth in Hounslow as we look to welcome the UEFA Women’s Euros to Hounslow in 2022. ParkPlay Local Champions

Parkplay are continuing to recruit for local PlayLeaders to lead ParkPlay delivery on Saturday mornings in their park. Couch to Afrobics- OurParks

We know a lot of people want to feel fitter and want to find activities they can do at home with their family, so we created Couch to Afrobics – an at-home dance exercise plan for beginners. The plan involves 3 video sessions a week, with rest days in between, and a different schedule for each of the 4 weeks. Feel Good Fitness

Brentford Community Sports Trust Coaches are running free football sessions as part of the Feel Good Fitness Programme. Activities combine football technique and fitness with an element of healthy competition thrown in to keep everyone on their toes! Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about mindfulness, stress management, challenging unhelpful habits, and how to boost your mood. Online Fitness and Running Groups also Available!
