Hounslow Council Digital Champions programme

The Digital Champions programme aims to help residents with digital skills in the borough who may struggle with digital literacy and overall confidence around technology.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to deliver this essential experience. In collaboration with Community Fibre, training will be provided to ensure you are able to confidently provide digital skills and CPD accreditation will be awarded on completion. This is a flexible role and a valid DBS check is required.
Residents will be able to spend quality time with a Champion and will be equipped with self-serving skills to use Learn My Way – a free online digital skills course provided by The Good Things Foundation. Residents will be able to access the course material to refresh and further develop their digital skills from home.
