Grants for charities and small organisations supporting unemployed people

Sep 21, 2020 | Uncategorized

Paddington Development Trust, was appointed by the ESFA to manage the allocation of 3.7 million pounds of Community Grants in West and Central London. Each grant can be a maximum of £20,000. The money is to help charities and small organisations support unemployed people.

The grants can be allocated to organisations that help workless people, be they on UC/JSA or economically inactive, to get, or to move towards, employment. This may be through good advice and guidance; outreach work; improving basic and digital skills; removing barriers; supporting work placements; improving confidence and motivation or helping people access skills training and jobs brokerage.

The next round of funding opens on 7th October 2020. Click on the link below to indicate that you want to be alerted when the process starts and to get more information beforehand. It’s a very simple form and won’t take you more than a minute to fill in.
