C-Inclusively CIC is a community-focused organisation dedicated to building inclusive workplaces and empowering underrepresented groups to thrive.

Our Navigating Crossroads project, supported by the Roots and Wings Fund, provides tailored support for Black women in the borough of Ealing who are navigating career transitions, workplace challenges, and personal development.

Through webinars, workshops, and an in-person event, we aim to build confidence, improve wellbeing, and create a strong, supportive network that fosters long-term success.
