Future Ealing Fund: How to pitch for up to £10k from the Future Ealing Fund this Autumn

Aug 27, 2021 | Community, Funding, LBE, VCS

With just under a month until the pitching deadline on 22nd September, it’s now time to start creating your project page on Spacehive. Watch the clip below to get inspired!

Next steps:

  1. Create your project page  referring to our handy video guide.
  2. Pitch to the Future Ealing Fund by 22nd September 2021 for the chance of a pledge of up to £10k from Ealing Council.
  3. Run your crowdfunding campaign between  October and December 2021 (check our tips and resources here).
  4. Ealing Council will review all project campaigns and successful projects can expect to receive a pledge from the council in November 2021.

Hit your target and start delivering your project!

Things to consider right now:

  • Read about Spacehive’s new payment system upgrade here and plan your project accordingly!
  • Check your project will fit with the Council’s objectives by reading about the fund criteria.
  • Will you need permission from the council or a landowner for your idea? Start looking into this now! We have some guidance here.
  • Do you know how much money you need to raise? You will need to evidence your costs. We have some advice here.

Look at other Spacehive projects for some inspiration to get started with your page.
