Free Membership to the Small Charities Coalition

The Small Charities Coalition exists to make life easier for small charities. Founded in 2008, we currently have over 10,000 UK-wide members and have made it our mission to provide them with relevant support and make their voices heard.

There are 168,000 registered charities in the UK and countless micro charities that donÂ’t qualify to register. 97% of these have less than 1 million annual income, sharing less than 20% of the money that goes to the charity sector.
So what do we actually do? We look to make small charities, and ultimately the sector, stronger. We do this by providing
– information,
– low cost training,
– a mentorship scheme,
– a helpline
– opportunities for promotion and profile raising
At the Small Charities Coalition, we believe that small charities should be recognised, fairly rewarded and respected, so we campaign on your behalf and talk to funders, government and other key stakeholders.
As a small charity ourselves we understand that finding the time, resources and the right people can be a challenge. We want to minimise that stress, so you can continue to do amazing work.
