About this event
The London Living Wage is currently set at £13.85 per hour – a rate calculated to ensure workers and their families can afford life’s essentials and build financial resilience. If your organisation pays this rate, you can become accredited – and it’s open to charities, CICs, and not-for-profits of all sizes. You don’t need to pay volunteers, apprentices or directors the Living Wage to qualify.
Ealing Council is supporting the first 250 organisations to become accredited by February 2026 with a package of benefits, including:
✨ First-year accreditation fee covered
✨ Free business support and staff training
✨ Promotional opportunities, including a feature on the Ealing Wall of Fame and Ealing Council’s media channels
✨ Eligibility for a London Living Wage Business Award (March 2026)
Plus, accredited organisations gain access to funding opportunities from 81 Living Wage Funders – a powerful network committed to supporting fair pay.
Join us for this one-hour virtual session to learn more about:
🔹 The benefits of accreditation – from staff wellbeing to organisational reputation
