Hounslow Health and Social Care Forum

About the Forum:

The HSCF is a welcoming network for voluntary and community sector (VCSE) organisations and individuals with an interest in health and social care. We encourage anyone working in or alongside the sector to join and connect.

At this session, you’ll hear from a range of local professionals sharing insights into their work and services:

Gosia Chmielewska, Social Prescribing Link Worker, will introduce the service and how it supports local communities.
Aastha Binjrajka, Contracts Manager at Healthy Hounslow, will provide an overview of the services available.
The Tobacco Engagement Officer from Trading Standards (Hounslow) will discuss their work with community groups, schools, and residential homes, focusing on counterfeit goods, illegal tobacco, and vaping awareness.
