About this event
About the Forum:
The HSCF is a network of voluntary and community sector groups with an interest in health and social care. The network is open to any interested individuals or groups.
This session will have presentations from Gosia Chmielewska, Social Prescribing Link Worker about the work of the service. Aastha Binjrajka, Contracts Manager at Healthy Hounslow will present on the services they provide. Rickiesha Williams, Integrative Counsellor with CYP Services CIC and the Tobacco Engagement Officer for Trading Standards in Hounslow will present on their work with community, groups, schools and residential homes about counterfeit goods, counterfeit cigarettes and vaping.
