Join in for a virtual session with a special focus on Children and Families in Ealing

This month’s Voice session will focus on Children and Families in Ealing—at a time when services nationally are evolving to prioritise earlier intervention, stronger partnerships, and better outcomes for families. At the heart of this transformation in Ealing is the development of Family Hubs: a more connected, accessible way of delivering support from pregnancy through to young adulthood.

Ealing’s Family Hub model brings together services for children, young people, and families in a more coordinated way—linking health, education, community organisations, and the voluntary sector. The aim is to make it easier for families to access the right help at the right time, whether that’s parenting support, early years services, youth provision, or specialist guidance.

This session is an opportunity to:
• Hear about the latest developments in Ealing’s Family Hub programme and how it is being embedded locally
• Understand how national reforms are shaping local delivery
• Explore the vital role of the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector within this model

We’ll be joined by Anna Elliott, Supporting Families Coordinator at Ealing Council, who will share insights into the Family Hub work underway. Bringing a VCSE perspective, Brigitte Bistrick-Bryan (Contact Ealing) and Caroline Chapman (Home-Start Ealing) will reflect on current provision, partnership working, and the opportunities and challenges ahead.

Most importantly, this is your space to contribute. Share your experiences, insights, and ideas to help ensure children and families remain at the centre of our work—and that services across Ealing are shaped by the communities they serve.
