Hounslow Council has partnered with mobile phone app BetterPoints to encourage residents to be healthier and more active.

The app is free to download and users earn BetterPoints for walking, wheeling, running and cycling, which the app can track automatically. Users can also earn points for exercising at Lampton Leisure centres and accessing a range of One You Hounslow services, including health walks, healthy cookery classes and stop smoking sessions.

Points can then be spent at local businesses, supporting the BoroughÂ’s #ShopSafeShopLocal campaign, or donated to local charities like Our Barn, Adult Autism Hounslow or Hounslow Community FoodBox.

There are also many prize draws throughout the programme where you can win a Family Membership at Lampton Leisure, £20 Love2Shop vouchers and many more!
