Demonstrate Your Impact Workshop – Tues 24th Oct 10:30am – 1:30pm

This half-day workshop is for front-line staff and service managers working in London-based homelessness agencies wanting to improve their knowledge about the importance of data collection and how to use your data to improve service provision. The benefits of data collection: This half-day workshop will support staff to explore the importance of data collection and how they can use it to inform and improve service provision.  Who is the workshop for? The workshop is suitable for those who already collect basic data, but are keen to improve their processes and learn more about basic principles behind good data collection techniques.   Aims of the workshop: The workshop will provide attendees with:

• an improved understanding of different types of data and how they can be used to inform service provision;
• practical ways to improve data collection;
• different tools to help present data and influence different audiences; and
• an opportunity to discuss challenges and ways to overcome these.
