Fixed term 12-month contract, part-time 28 hours per week (including Wednesdays and Fridays)
Salary: NJC scale 19-26 FTE £31,908 – £36,965 (including Outer London Weighting) Pro rata £25,526 – £29,572. Excellent pension package and annual leave entitlement.

We are looking for someone who brings a genuine commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on the lives of families in our communities and has parenting experience, an understanding of the needs of families with young children, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to manage varied projects.

We would love to invite all residents who are interested in volunteering to attend the fair. There will be a range of different organisations on the day that you can make connections with, taking one step closer to starting your volunteering journey!

Build on our strong volunteer base and create a brighter future for families in Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow in this flexible, part-time community-based role with training opportunities.
You will be the first point of contact for volunteers and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be committed to developing a volunteer pool that reflects the diversity of communities across our three boroughs and be able to engage, enthuse and retain volunteers with the skills and motivation essential to fulfilling our mission. Tech literate or willing to learn, you’ll be able to think strategically, implement plans and measure and evaluate volunteer impact.
You will take the lead in nurturing and celebrating our volunteers, working alongside an experienced team of operations, data and marketing specialists as well as family support coordinators, supported by the CEO and Board of Trustees.
