London Borough of Hounslow is hosting an Air Quality Action Planning workshop at Hounslow House, 7 Bath Rd, Hounslow TW3 3EB, Thursday 16th March 17:00 – 19:30, where we are looking to speak to residents within Hounslow to discuss how we can tackle air pollution in the borough over the next 5 years, as part of our Air Quality Action Plan 2023 – 2028. There will also be a virtual Microsoft Teams meeting link for attendees that would like to view online.
The session will be split into 3 workshops where we will be asking residents:
· How we can better engage with seldom heard communities on air pollution issues?
· How we can improve public awareness about air pollution and its impacts?
· What can we do to increase uptake of active travel (walking, cycling) in Hounslow?
There will be a talk from external speakers, as well as time for a break and refreshments provided. We hope to see you there.
