Parent Support Worker

Ruils is currently recruiting a Parent Support Worker to support parents with children with additional needs and disabilities to get the most out of life.
In this role you will be providing 1-2-1 advice sessions and on-going case work support to parents with children and young people with complex needs. Based in Hounslow, you will provide information, advice and practical support to help parents to access services and activities in their local community. Working with the Ruils childrenÂ’s team, you will also arrange workshops where parents can learn from experts on key issues.
You will be supported to develop your skills and experience. However, knowledge of children’s services in Hounslow would be advantageous. A willingness to learn and a “Can Do” attitude is a must.
